Internal Students
Once you have viewed your results, please login to Applicaa as soon as possible, and no later than 1:00pm on Thursday 24 August, if you intend to return to Weald of Kent Grammar School to study for your A levels, having met the school entry criteria.
In the event that you have not met the school entry criteria and wish to appeal to take up your place based on your published results, please complete the enrolment form, choosing the relevant pathway that applies to you. Please also email admissions@wealdgs.org to discuss next steps. We will not be able to confirm your place until the appeal has been heard. We recommend accepting an offer at an alternative school until your appeal has been heard.
(Alternatively, in order to administer any Review of Results requests for any exam results not met, please see the Exams / Post results tab on the website for more information on Post Results Services: https://www.wealdofkent.kent.sch.uk/quality-of-education/exams/post-results. Please note that all Review of Results requests go via exams@wealdgs.org. This email address is for Review of Results requests only. They do not process admissions or communicate admissions messages. Please email admissions@wealdgs.org for any admissions communications or queries.)
Please avoid making or sending duplicate follow up calls or emails to which will slow down the response processes.
If you wish to change your subject choices, you will be able to do this via your Applicaa enrolment form.
Any students who have not met the entrance criteria for a subject will need to choose options available to them based on their GCSE results.
If you are not taking up your place, please login to your Applicaa account, completing the form to let us know and inform us of your chosen destination.
In the event that individual courses are oversubscribed, we will rank students by average point score.
Our Year 12 Induction Day for all students will take place on Monday 4 September. Details will be sent out after enrolment has been completed.
