Rosa in Year 8 played in the ESF26 Grand National Finale football tournament which took place at St Georges Park, home to the England Football Team.
She and her team Chatham FC competed against teams from all across the country in a highly competitive league. Throughout the day, they showed great commitment, teamwork, and determination, giving their best efforts in every single match.
The girls played exceptionally well and finished at the top of the league whilst going unbeaten after facing all of their opponents.
Their outstanding performances earned them the opportunity to lift the tournament cup. Rosa was thrilled to celebrate this achievement with her teammates, and it was rewarding to see all of her hard work and dedication pay off.
It was a fantastic experience that has helped build her confidence and reinforced the values of teamwork, perseverance, and sportsmanship.
