Weald of Kent celebrated its 50th birthday on Saturday 15th September 2012. Over 1000 former and current students, staff, governors and friends of the school came along to enjoy a fantastic afternoon of reunion and reminiscence in the autumn sunshine. There was a wonderful atmosphere amongst guests who were exchanging stories and recalling memories of their school days over the past 50 years and were treated to music, dance and even lessons! The Mayor was in attendance and the Bishop of Tonbridge gave a blessing. Thank you to everyone who came along to make it such a tremendously enjoyable afternoon.
